Control Shifter Features
It consists of two/four independent sections of sieves containing 8 to 12 sieves frames each of which are able to handle four different stocks. Each section can provide two to four separations to suit requirement.
Applications
It is custom-designed and built for multi purpose sifting operations. It is used in all types of granular and floury stocks. some of its universal applications are:
- Rice Mills Products: Rice Grading, Head Rice, Mixture, Large Brokens, Medium Broken, Small Brokens, Tips and Rice Bran Sifting and Rice Flour etc.
- Flour Milling: Flour Redressing, Break Stocks, Atta Redressing, Semolina and all mill stocks, Grading of Wheat Screening and by-products.
- Whole Meal Atta Plant: It is suited for wholemeal Atta Plant as it uses only 10% of Power and 15% of space required for two centrifugal or Reel Machines.
